Why should people be interested in getting involved with your society?
A: Good group of people, if you like football get involved, if you like a fun night out after you win get involved.
W: Sport, especially football is a team game great way to get to know people.
K: Very competitive, a lot of fitness involved, strength and conditioning. Also a lot of events, socials, there’s a lot to offer on the football society.
E: I wasn’t on the football team first year and since joining in second year I have made so many more friends, I’ve had such a better time at Uni and if you enjoy football it is beneficial for your health, top quality and the social aspect too.
H: Good group of lads, if you enjoy football just join, you’ll meet some great people, fun days.

A: Physiotherapy

K: Computer Science
E: Sport Journalism

What is it about this society that made you want to join?
A: I love football played it since I was young thought let’s get involved here
E: Love and breathe football since a young age and I just wanted to stay fit.
If you had to describe your society in three words what would they be and why?
A: Good. People. Football
W: Funny. Entertaining. Organised
K: Competitive. Fun. Great
E: Fun. Companionship.(The) best.
If your society could have a celebrity mascot, who would it be and why?
W: Paul Gascoigne (for the nights out)
K: Wayne Rooney
E: Wayne Lineker (because he loves a sesh)
H: Joe Hart
What’s one fun fact about each of you here today?
A: I’ve played against Man United youth team before
W: I’m ambidextrous
K: I can juggle 6 objects at once
E: I can count to 20 in Welsh
H: I’ve never scored one goal in a game
Finally, is there anything people should know before joining?
A: Just be good at football… please.
W: Be ready for the competition.
K: Come to socials and get ready for the competitiveness.
E: Get ready for a fun time and rough games (sometimes).
